Ark of Fire is an independent Christian rock music project operating the website ark-of-fire.com. For questions about purchases, please contact support@ark-of-fire.com.
2. Products and orders
Our shop offers digital music downloads and may offer other products in the future. Product descriptions, formats, prices and any applicable taxes are shown on the product page or at checkout. An order is placed when you submit it through checkout; we will confirm the order by email. We may contact you if an order cannot be fulfilled and will arrange an appropriate refund if payment has already been taken.
3. Payment and digital delivery
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Digital products are normally made available through a download link after successful payment, with details in your order confirmation. Please keep your order email for your records. Contact support if you cannot access a purchased download.
4. Digital music licence
Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchased music downloads are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use. Purchasing a download does not transfer copyright or other intellectual-property rights. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly upload or commercially exploit the files without the relevant permission. Rights granted by applicable law remain unaffected.
5. Withdrawal, refunds and statutory rights
Consumers may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, that right may be lost once delivery begins only where you have expressly consented to immediate performance, acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right, and the other applicable legal conditions, including confirmation, have been met. If those conditions have not been met, your statutory rights remain in force. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy for further details.
Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to digital content that is faulty or not supplied as agreed. Contact support@ark-of-fire.com if you experience a problem.
6. Accounts and acceptable use
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorized access.

We handle personal data as explained in our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes and applicable law
We may update these Terms for future purchases. The terms applicable when you place an order will govern that order, subject to mandatory law. Dutch law applies insofar as permitted, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections under the laws applicable to them.
